responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing websites.
• Planning the materials.
• Booking crew and hotels and flights and ordering products
• Keeping the budgets of the projects
• Making telephone agreements with customers and prospects
• Requesting quotes from suppliers, purchasing and hiring
• Checking orders
• Keeping in touch with locations and organizations
• Keeping current events and fairs organized
• Maintaining the database
• Communicating with customers about current projects
• Communicate with the executive employees in pre-production
• Documenting files
• Taking minutes of meetings

Job requirements

The person we are looking for finds it natural to keep up with the fast world of internet communication and graphic development in the field of 2d and 3d drawings.
We are looking for a passionate person who investigates possibilities and takes initiative. Does not need to constantly look over the shoulder but knows what he / she can and cannot do.

The wanted person is used to finding their own way:

• Artistic driven
• Good communicative skills
• Initiative and entrepreneurial
• Independent Fluent Dutch is necessary

Experience with relevant tools (Vector worx, wix, Adobe program, Google adwords and analitics).
And in the future WordPress.

Company Profile

The work location is Nieuwegein. The candidate must live in a radius of up to 25 km around Nieuwgein. We are looking for someone who is at least 60% available.
The basic salary is € 1900 gross per month for a full-time working week. There are attractive bonuses to be earned.
